Video 1:
Kriya for Creating Self Love- This kriya helps invoke love and reduces fear. Not only does it help conquer fear but also stimulates your energy, opens your heart chakra (love and compassion) and gives you strength. In the first exercise you are blessing yourself. This affects and corrects the magnetic field. The second exercise will benefit everything between the neck and navel.
Kirtan Kriya Meditation - Physically, this can stimulate your pituitary and pineal glands which become active and balanced. Mentally, eliminate negative thought patterns. Subtle, and on a spiritual level, you can stimulate a bright radiance and a powerful presence.

Sat Kriya is unmatched for increasing focus, concentration, and your core energy of awareness- the kundalini, As you rhythmically pulse your navel area, you strengthen your pelvic- floor muscles and create better health for sexuality and bladder control as well as stimulate your digestion. You also circulate the spinal fluid, which strengthens your nervous system and prolongs the life of neurons, strengthening your individual projection. Energetically, Sat Kriya synchronizes your mind, body and soul, and creates new patterns of circulation through your entire system. The synchronization and stimulation signal your body and mind to wake up and experience your soul. Through this process you can gain tremendous stamina and strength, and conquer chronic fear. And because this kriya awakens the energy of the first three chakras, you will have greater access to vitality, projection and presence. As a women, these qualities enable you to relax and stay centred. Start with 3 minutes and work your way to 11 minutes! Please don't do if you are menstruating or pregnant! Practice slow deep breathing instead. This is mentioned in the guided video.
